How to play
Slide tiles until the center 3×3 of your tray matches the target on the brass rail. The first tray to match wins.
- Your tray: 5×5, with 24 painted tiles (four of each of six colors) and one gap. Only the nine squares inside the brass frame count; the outer ring is room to work.
- Sliding: drag any tile in the gap’s row or column toward the gap. That tile and every tile between it and the gap slide one step. A short flick works too.
- No turns: both trays race at once. The target is shaken, then counted down 3, 2, 1, Go, and the clock starts at Go.
- Solo: race a carpenter across the table: Apprentice (Easy), Rival Joiner (Medium) or Master Carpenter (Hard).
- Two Players: share one device in portrait, one tray at each end. Each player matches the target as it looks from their own side.
- Daily Race: one shared target a day and a single timed run. Solve on back-to-back days to grow your streak.

- Your first Daily Race, a 7-day streak, and beating each carpenter earn achievements.
FAQ
I left the Daily Race. Did I lose my run?
No. Leaving saves your place and your clock. Tap Continue on the title to pick it up. Each day has one timed run.
How do I turn off sound or haptics?
Open Settings in the app. One Sound switch covers the tile slides and the scramble shaker, and there is a separate Haptics switch. The silent switch and the volume buttons still apply.
Can I see the intro or the rules again?
Yes. Open How to Play from the title screen or from Settings. Replay the Intro is at the bottom.
Does the app need an account or track me?
No in-app account, no ads, no purchases. See the privacy policy.
